The Travelocity Roaming Gnome is on another adventure, and this time he has been seen at various Starwood Vacation resorts all across the country. Thirteen resorts will offer Roaming Gnome scavenger hunts to guests, and those who can find him will be eligible for prizes. Roaming Gnomes will be in hidden spots throughout the resort, and resort guests will receive a clue sheet with hints on possible hiding places for the elusive gnome. Those who are lucky and crafty enough to discover all of his hiding places will be entered into a grand prize drawing to win six days and five nights at a Starwood Vacation resort, along with two airline tickets worth up to 750 each. The Westin Mission Hills Villas is situated on 360-acres in Rancho Mirage, approximately seven miles from the Palm Springs International Airport and the Palm Desert. Local attractions include Knott's Soak City, Uprising Outdoor Adventure Center, The Living Desert, Palm Springs Air Museum, Agua Caliente Cultural Museum, and El Paseo Shopping District. Hotel amenities include concierge, 24-hour room service, babysitting, luggage storage, business center, free parking, poolside food services, private poolside cabanas, and bicycle rentals.
